The equipment can be installed directly at the injection-moulding machine or separately in a different area of the production hall, with a high-pressure line, high-pressure ring network and hoses providing the means to transport the nitrogen to the injection-moulding machine.

Depending on design and dimensioning, multiple control panels and thus injection-moulding machines can be supplied with nitrogen by a single compressor unit.

BAUER compressor units have electric drives. This means that you as the user benefit from high efficiency and low running costs.

Existing units can of course be expanded at any time. Active interconnected operation in the redundant system with multiple units is also possible.

The service life of a filter cartridge can be extended many times over with the B-KOOL refrigeration dryer. The compressed air is cooled to approx. +3°C in the compressor, so that the majority of the oil and water vapour condenses and is separated in the oil and water separator. As a result, less water vapour is able to get into the filter cartridge, so service life increases.

Intake pressure reduction
Intake pressure reduction ensures that the compressor takes in the gas at the appropriate pressure. Depending on the prevailing gas pressure and the intake pressure required, 1-stage or 2-stage intake pressure reduction is used. Integrated safety valves and pressure monitoring provide an effective means of ensuring that the permissible intake pressure is not exceeded or undershot.
