The new G60V adds an easy-install turnkey system to BAUER’s product portfolio. The helium is captured in the integrated collection balloon and compressed to pressures of up to 200 bar by the compressor. Impurities in the medium are removed by the filter system.
The integrated B-CONTROL MICRO enables the system to be connected to B-APP and B-CLOUD.
This helium recovery system is ideal for applications in hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities.

The compact plug-and-play solution accommodates all the components of the helium recovery system in a neat vertical housing that minimizes the machine footprint. Read more
Compressor block
The high-pressure compressor block is the "beating heart" of the compressor. Plateau-honed cylinders and a perfect fit cooling system enable the compressor block to be used in a wide variety of application ranges. The easily accessible oil filler neck and oil drain make oil changes easy. An oil dipstick is provided so that the oil level can be checked. Long oil change intervals and wear-resistant piston rings reduce running costs to an absolute minimum.
B-DRAIN automatic condensate drain
The automatic condensate drain automatically removes the condensate that forms during compression (water/oil mixture) from the intermediate separators and the final separator and collects it in a condensate vessel. Read more
Air-cooled system
The G60V helium compressor has direct ambient air cooling. The heat generated in its operation is efficiently dispersed. Read more
