Scope of delivery, basic version
Complete compressor unit ready for operation, comprising:
- 3 or 4-cylinder, 4-stage compressor block
- Micronic intake filter
- Intercooler/aftercooler
- Intermediate/final separator for oil/water condensate
- Intermediate pressure safety valves after every compressor stage, final pressure safety valve type-tested to TÜV standard
- Pressure retention valve/check valve after final compressor stage
- Temperature monitoring of all stages and of the final separator incl. safety switch-off
- Oil lubrication using the oil pump
- Three-phase motor
- B-CONTROL II compressor control with colour display
- Installed in the compressor unit in stable chassis. Vertical arrangement of compressor block and motor. All components with a rigid connection to the block are mounted on an anti-vibration frame. The drive is a V-belt drive.
- P 41 or P 61 purification system with long-life filter cartridge
- Automatic B-DRAIN condensate draining with integrated timer via B-CONTROL II, incl. integrated condensate collection vessel, volume 14 litres
- Cabling of the compressor components
- Operating instructions complete with spare parts list, CE declaration of conformity, pressure vessel certificates
- TÜV certification of the compressor unit
