Ts and Cs:

Please take note that you are making a firm reservation when sending this online form. After your online registration, you will get a confirmation from us. Before the course will take place, you will get an invoice. As soon as your payment has been registered on our bank account your participation is confirmed.

All courses start at 10 a.m. at the first day. Estimated end will be 4 p.m. When participating two days, the second day starts at 9:30 a.m. and ends around 4 p.m. for Compressor Technology Level 1 courses and around 2 p.m. for Compressor Technology Level 2 courses.

Course fees:

• The prices are quoted excl. VAT and include course material, catering as well as hot and cold beverages during the course.

Partner hotel:

If you need accommodation, please indicate in the application form your day of arrival and departure. You will receive a booking confirmation directly from the hotel.

Cancellation:

• In case of insufficient applications we reserve the right to cancel the course up to 5 weekdays before its beginning.
• You may also cancel a course 5 weekdays before its beginning free of charge. This must be carried out in writing.
• Thereafter, we will charge you with 70% of the course fees.
• Moreover, we are not in a position to retransfer costs for flight or train tickets or other travel expenses.
• Please consider that absence without valid excuse of a confirmed course prevents another person from participation. In this case, you will be charges with the total course fee of 100% as well as possible costs for the cancellation of a hotel reservation booked by us.
